The building had been delayed in delivery for seven months, but was finally handed over to buyers before Christmas. The unit accepted by this collection is located in Room B5 on the lower floor of Block 1, with a usable area of 215 square feet and an open layout. The owner bought it for 4.315 million yuan last year, and the price per square foot is 20,070 yuan. After the building inspector Lai Daming inspected the unit, he did not find any major problems such as water leaks, hollow plasters, hollow bricks, and glass cracks in the interior. There were only a few defects, including rust on the switches and decorative covers in the bathroom, and ceiling wood. The corridor paint has slight water cracks, stains and scratches on the walls and wooden floors, and some cleaning problems. The biggest problem is that there is no drain in the open kitchen.
