Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is selling the third and final phase of its Wetland Seasons Bay development in Tin Shui Wai. The low-density estate comprises two 9-storey blocks (6A and 6B) with 384 units, two 6-storey villas, and six houses. There is no parking for residents, who will have to share 330 spaces with other phases of the estate. An average of six households will need to compete for each space. The two-bedroom, 458 sq ft model unit, Room C1, has a large open kitchen area of approximately 47 sq ft and a master bedroom of around 75 sq ft that connects to a 17 sq ft study platform. The expected key date is the end of March 2022 with the off-plan period lasting six and a half months. The development is near transportation hubs and shopping centres, and SHKP is offering an extended two-year interest-free period for buyers. The company recently reported a HKD 31.6bn ($4.06bn) net profit for the year ending June 30, up from HKD 22.4bn in the same period of the previous year.
