The Easy Fat Property Inspection Group, jointly developed by Cheung Kong and Nan Fung, is the first phase of the entire development plan of LOHAS Park residential property. The design unit visited has a salable area of 713 square feet and follows a clean and simple design with a Nordic-French crossover style. The design aims to use natural materials and reduce the use of cabinets in the living room to keep it simple. The Nordic style is usually dominated by light tones, and a large area of white space is left to bring out the sense of space transparency. The French style is presented with minimalist lines and floral elements.

It is the first phase of the entire development plan of LOHAS Park residential property. It has been occupied as early as 2009, and the building is about 13 years old. The five properties provide a total of 2,096 units, covering two-bedroom to four-bedroom units. The design unit we visited this time has a salable area of 713 square feet. The principle is that the three-bedroom apartment is separated from the storage room. The new design breaks up the three-bedroom into two; instead of the entire storage room, part of it will be included in the owner’s toilet, and the other part will be used as a porch cabinet. In addition, in the remaining small rooms, a place was stolen for the kitchen. There is only one female head of household in the unit. She hopes that the overall design will be clean and simple, with Nordic and French design styles. The designer took the Scandinavian style as the main design of the unit, and reduced the use of lines and cabinets in the living room to keep it simple. The Nordic style is usually dominated by light tones, and a large area of white space will be left to bring out the sense of space transparency, but at the same time, a small amount of simple black lines or iron pieces will be matched to show the personality of life. Therefore, in this living and dining room, in addition to the two colors of milk tea gray and white as the main tone, there will be a small amount of black for embellishment. Advocating nature is also a major feature of the Nordic style, so there will be home decorations made of different natural materials, especially wood. Although there are no pieces of logs in this unit, the designer has deliberately found some veneers with darker wood grain textures in some wood veneer treatments and furniture selections to highlight this feeling; Light-colored herringbone wood floors. In addition to wood elements, the Nordic style will also be matched with materials such as rattan, hemp, cotton and cloth to create a natural atmosphere, so many single-product furniture in the living and dining room use these natural materials. As for another French style that the female head of household wants, the designer just extracted the common floral lines and curved curve elements, and presented them with the simplest lines to achieve a minimalist effect in line with the Nordic style.
