Xiechenghong, a small and medium-sized developer, is set to re-launch its single-family residential project, Fangfei, with increased discounts that have transformed into price reductions. The admission fee is HKD 6.42m ($827,000) and the building has only three units on its first floor. Currently being built, the 71-unit project includes one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, with a salable area ranging from 286 to 742 square feet. The developer started selling 15 units in early September and has already sold four one-bedroom units. Fangfei has an average discounted price of HKD 24,000 per square foot, a drop from more than 26,000 yuan per square foot, which is similar to VAU Residence’s average discounted square feet price last year. The first floor of the building is a clubhouse, and the second floor is the residential floor. The 15-story building is near completion and is located in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong. One of the demonstration units modelled is Room C on the 28th floor with a usable area of 414 square feet.
